Village Club Project
The Village Club Project by Damooga Foundation is a unique rural innovation hub where education, farming, and eco-tourism converge. Spread across 100 acres, this initiative integrates modern farming with skill training and visitor engagement.
The club features demo farms for dairy, poultry, goat rearing, organic vegetable beds, bamboo resorts, and renewable energy systems. Visitors can explore the farming ecosystem and invest in micro-farming modules — earning income and experience.
Each club has a common dining hall, solar and biogas systems, water channels, and farm-based activities for school and family groups. It also serves as a platform for local youth to learn and earn through farming-based entrepreneurship.
This project showcases how agriculture can be attractive, profitable, and planet-friendly.
